Head of Digital and AI Transformation Lead with 20+ years of strategic and operational experience across digital platforms, growth systems, and AI operating models for global brands Amazon, Salesforce, Porsche, PayPal, Daimler, Red Bull, Beats by Dre, and Philip Morris International.
At UltraSuperNew, I own the FUSO/Daimler global digital ecosystem 140+ markets, six years of continuous platform ownership, product configurator, customer service portal, and a 5-engineer offshore team I built from zero through client expansion. I lead performance marketing strategy across the agency—campaign architecture, ROAS optimization, UTM and attribution frameworks for brands including LVMH, Amazon Prime Video, Loop Earplugs, and Philip Morris. I lead new business and pitch strategy, with 20 wins across 25 pitches.
In 2024, the CEO appointed me to lead USN's AI Transformation designing the agency's AI operating system, prompt architecture, and adoption framework across all functions. This work is rethinking how creative organizations price, deliver, and scale in the post-LLM era.
Earlier, at Accenture Song, I led digital transformation programs for BMW and Volkswagen. At Publicis Group, I led the end-to-end Japan launch of Philip Morris's IQOS—one of the largest omni-channel product launches in APAC that decade.
I work at the intersection of digital strategy, growth marketing, and AI-driven operating models translating strategic intent into systems that ship, measure, and compound. Bilingual (Japanese/English), based in Tokyo.
Outside work, I've led independent cultural initiatives including Life Force (Radio Observatory, an early pioneer of DJ mix programming in Japan) and Music Forecast, a curation platform for undiscovered sound.
