DFS Okinawa - Social & Paid Ads Strategy

Successfully secured and led the social and paid media strategy for DFS Okinawa, developing and implementing a comprehensive communication plan to strengthen brand awareness and drive sales among Japanese travelers.

Built around the “Gift Yourself” concept, the campaign blended performance advertising across Instagram Reels, LINE, Meta platforms, and Google Display with a robust lead generation mechanism supported by dedicated landing pages. Additionally, I integrated Salesforce with LINE to deliver personalized, automated communications and frictionless user journeys, maximizing conversion rates.

Key KPIs included reach, engagement rate, online purchase conversions, and LINE membership growth. I established a measurement and optimization framework to ensure sustained performance and continuous improvement. Overall, I delivered a holistic communications program that successfully attracted visitors to both the DFS Okinawa retail location and its online platform.
