About the project
Mitsubishi FUSO - Global Digital Ecosystem
For Mitsubishi FUSO, a pioneering Japanese truck and bus manufacturer blending tradition with innovation, I led the successful pitch for their global social media accounts and have since directed the production and management of their digital ecosystem with a progressive, bilingual strategy.
In close collaboration with Sri Lanka–based development teams, I oversaw the long-term evolution of their global website, enabling localized template deployment across more than 140 markets worldwide to ensure a cohesive, future-focused brand experience across all touchpoints.
Additionally, I supported the development and rollout of a product configurator and customer service portals, expanding FUSO’s digital ecosystem through integrated, user-centric solutions since 2019.
